John Watkins and Tom McLain address key issues for manufacturers in current business environment

John L. Taylor will speak at CLE International's 13th Annual Wine, Beer & Spirits Law Conference in Seattle, Washington on September 11 & 12, 2008. The conference is a leading national conference on all legal and regulatory aspects of beverage alcohol industry. John will speak on Thursday, September 11 at 3:00 on "Wholesaler Wars - The Empire Strikes Back." Thomas L. McLain joins CTF as a shareholder practicing corporate law

Chorey, Taylor & Feil, a Professional Corporation, is pleased to announce that Thomas L. McLain has joined the firm as a shareholder. Tom practices in the field of corporate law, with an emphasis on contract negotiation and preparation, mergers and acquisitions, and the formation and governance of corporations and limited liability companies. Tom was formerly a partner of Womble, Carlyle, a respected large regional law firm, where he practiced in the same areas. Tom graduated from the University of Georgia Law School, cum laude, in 1984. Thomas V. Chorey, Chair of the firm's transactional practice, stated: "The firm is delighted to have Tom McLain join as a shareholder. Tom brings further depth and experience to our transactional practice. Tom's practice fits perfectly with the firm. His addition continues the firm's careful expansion in its key practice areas." Tom Gallo joined the commercial litigation department as a shareholder in 2006, and John Watkins joined the firm as a shareholder in 2007.

Six CTF shareholders were selected for inclusion in Georgia Super Lawyers 2008
